Tanya Hicks, the founder of Neurodivergent Empowered, is a globally recognised autistic advocate, award-winning leader, and creator of the Sparkly Alien Empowerment Series. Known as The Sparkly Alien, Tanya is on a mission to empower 1 million neurodivergent individuals to live a life of authentic joy, connection, and well-being.
