Carers and Parents
As a carer of a child with additional needs, I understand the constant demands and deep exhaustion this role can bring. We give so much to others that it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves—but to keep showing up, we need time to recharge and reconnect.

That’s why I created Nervous System Nourishment—a disability-specific, somatic, educational session designed for parents and carers. Held Mondays from 12–1pm, each session is just $30 and is NDIS claimable under Carer Education.

Need to bring your child? That’s completely okay. We have a team member available to supervise children in the Activity Hub.

These sessions offer practical, evidence-based tools to support your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and create moments of restoration amidst the challenges of caregiving.

This practice helped me reclaim my energy, calm, and sense of self—and now it’s here to support you, too.
