William (Will) Smith
I am a Facilitator – Neurodivergent-Affirming Support & Connection at Neurodivergent Empowered. With a strong background in music and the creative arts, I bring a calm, grounded presence to therapeutic spaces. I integrate creative expression, storytelling, and play-based engagement — especially through my role as a Dungeon Master — to support regulation, build trust, and foster authentic connection.

My work is deeply values-driven, providing neurodivergent individuals with a space where they can feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Whether I’m delivering adults' Phoenix Connections sessions or Sensory Art with our Littles, I support each person to express themselves in their own way, using creativity and connection as powerful tools for empowerment and growth.
Things I am currently passionate about / current interests

Games
Games are and especially tabletop games (board games, rpgs, miniatures games) are a big part of my life. They are the main way I connect myself with community, and engage with others

Music
Music is one of the biggest emotional regulators for me, and provide me with an alternative avenue for self-expression and communication

Visual Art
Visual art (drawing, painting, sculpting) provide me with important avenues to better myself, and hone my skills for self-expression.
Why I am about passionate about the work I do for Neurodivergent Empowered:
NE provides young, neurodivergent people with a safe space to not only be themselves, but to be accepted for who they are, and encouraged to embrace these aspects by adults who genuinely care about their wellbeing and personhood. I wish I had a space like this when I was younger and, failing that, I am proud to help to provide such a space today.

The Pokèmon character that best describes me is Rockruff...

I would be Arceus because I am unfathomably ancient and, contrary to popular belief, I did in fact create the universe.
