I’m a qualified Art Therapist and the Parent and Early Years Education Representative at Sparkly Aliens / Compliance and Standards Officer at Neurodivergent Empowered. In my client-facing role, I support parents by attending IEP meetings as their advocate — helping to communicate their child’s needs clearly and confidently, backed by therapeutic insight and a deep understanding of neurodivergence.

I also deliver neurodivergent-affirming professional development to early childhood educators, empowering them to create safe, inclusive environments where every child — including those with PDA — can thrive. I’m passionate about ensuring that neurodivergent children are understood, supported, and celebrated from the very beginning, and I bring both lived experience and clinical knowledge to every space I step into.

Neurodivergent Advocacy and Support

'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent children in our community by creating environments that celebrate their differences and honour their unique needs. I use both therapeutic insight and lived experience to help families and professionals better understand and support neurodivergent identity from a strengths-based lens.

Neuroscience, Parenting, and Inclusive Education

I have a strong interest in the intersection of neuroscience and parenting, particularly how this knowledge can guide more attuned and respectful approaches to raising and educating neurodivergent children. I’m committed to building a community where neurodivergence is not just accepted — but embraced and empowered.

Creative Expression and Recharging in Nature

I find joy and inspiration in creative expression, getting lost in a good book, and exploring the countryside on relaxing drives. These moments of quiet and creativity help me stay grounded, present, and connected to what matters most.

Why I am about passionate about the work I do for Neurodivergent Empowered:

Having a neurodivergent daughter has really opened my eyes to the supports that are actually beneficial and are going to help her to thrive. I’m so passionate about working to support our team so that we can all thrive together!

2. Creative and Passionate: Leafeon is often portrayed as a gentle yet lively spirit who thrives in beautiful, lush environments — it would naturally love to create and nurture.
