AuDHD Emerging Leader:
Session Support & Space Stewardship.
This role is a stepping stone for me into future community leadership. It’s rooted in learning how to support others — and myself — in ways that are neurodivergent-affirming, compassionate, and real.

As an Emerging Leader, I’m not just showing up to help — I’m learning how to hold space for safety, connection, and growth. I support our group sessions by being present with participants, co-regulating alongside facilitators, and learning how to respond with authenticity and care. I also take care of our Nest — resetting the space, cleaning, and making sure it's sensory-friendly and welcoming for our community.

At the heart of this role is a learning journey. I’m here to grow my self-awareness, deepen my ability to co-regulate, and build confidence in creating inclusive environments where everyone is respected and valued. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, I’m learning what it means to lead with empathy, presence, and purpose — and preparing to become one of the future leaders, mentors, and changemakers within our neurodivergent community.

Why I am about passionate about the work I do for Neurodivergent Empowered:
I am passionate about working at Neurodivergent Empowered because I know what it’s like to feel ‘different,’ and because of that, I want everyone who comes into the Nest to feel safe and able to express their true selves. I love making kids smile and laugh!

I love being a part of a workspace that supports me as a leader and supports our clients.

We are seriously “free to be me” here.
